The Third Annual CTU: RECALIBRATE - a chance for your teen to connect with their friends and grow in their faith amidst a FLURRY of winter activities!

Important weekend details for parents:

Cost -
This year the cost for Winter weekend is $140. $50 Deposit due by Wednesday, January 15. Please make checks payable to Calvary Baptist Church.
(Additional money can be sent with your teen for the Snack Shop and Coffee Shop)

Cellphones -
You can send your teen with their phone, but at dinner friday night Pastor David will be collecting them. The goal is to help the teens recalibrate away from social media, games, and all the other distractions that come with cell phones and to focus instead on God's Word and fellowship with the other teens!

Liability Waiver: I give my child/children(s) permission to travel on transportation provided by Calvary Baptist Church to and from Camp Calvary for CTU:RECALIBRATE, January 31-February 2, 2025 I am the legal guardian of the child and hereby grant my permission for him/her to participate fully in the said event. In case of a medical emergency, I understand that every effort will be made to contact a parent or guardian of the child. In the event I cannot be reached, I hereby give permission to the physician selected by Calvary Baptist Leadership to hospitalize and secure proper treatment for an injection or anesthesia or surgery for my child named above. Further, should it become necessary for the Child to return home due to medical reasons, disciplinary actions or otherwise, I assume the full responsibility for all transportation costs. *BY CHECKING THE BOX, YOU ARE SIGNING AND AGREEING TO THIS WAIVER.
