CKW Registration 2023-24
We are excited to kick off Calvary Kidz Wednesdays on September 13th from 6:30-8:00!
Please complete the registration form for EACH child that is planning to attend. This will allow us to plan for groups.
Each Wednesday at check-in (doors open at 6:30), you will receive a check-in sticker for each child with a code that matched your parent tag. When you come to pick up your children, you MUST bring the parent tag at pick-up (7:50PM).
We look forward to having a blast, making new friends and learning about Jesus this year.
